Our team can do amazing things with a pineapple.

After thinly slicing a ripe pineapple, we vacuum-compress it with wild raspberry coulis in a vacuum chamber, then dehydrate the rings to make the yellow, orange and red ‘petals’ that we arrange on a stick to form beautiful pineapple ‘roses’. You could incorporate our edible flowers in a buffet arrangement, a garden-themed dessert or we could arrange a dozen in a flower box to make a perfect ‘thank-you’ gift for a close friend or family who has helped you to plan your wedding.
